Born in the mountain town of Salida, Colorado, Patsy was raised in a deeply devoted Christian family. Her parents, Bill and Ginger Behrman, served as Pentecostal pastors who pioneered and pastored Assembly of God churches in Castle Rock and Burlington, Colorado. Growing up surrounded by ministry, Patsy developed a love for God and a passion for serving others at an early age.
Patsy’s journey in full-time ministry began after she graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1977. She joined Kenneth Hagin Ministries and Rhema Bible Training Center, where she faithfully served for 16 years. During this time, she took on multiple leadership roles, including:
